You have up to 120 minutes of phone support each month, which can be used as one call or split into shorter sessions. Support may be available in your language, depending on availability. We can explain complex letters or documents, help you understand forms and online systems, discuss your situation in clear, simple terms, and guide you step by step through applications.
Document Organisation
We scan and store your letters, forms, bills, and personal paperwork securely. Support includes up to five active accounts such as immigration, legal, medical, council tax, or utilities. All documents are tracked and organised digitally for easy access. We monitor key dates and deadlines, sending alerts when action is needed. Digital copies are available on request, and everything is stored safely to prevent loss or disorganisation.
Unlimited WhatsApp Support (Chat Only)
You have unlimited WhatsApp chat support, giving you quick access to our team whenever you need updates or clarifications on tasks we're already handling for you. This service is for chat-based support only (no calls or voice notes), limited to existing issues submitted through your plan. Support is available during working hours and subject to fair use. If chats become frequent, lengthy, or used to raise new tasks, we may ask you to submit a task form. This feature helps you stay in control and feel supported every step of the way.
