WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE LITE PLAN
4 administrative tasks per month
You can choose any four business admin services each month from our approved list. All tasks must be booked through our online form.
1 business phone call of up to 60 minutes
You have up to 60 minutes of phone support each month, which can be used as one call or split into shorter calls. Support may be available in your language, depending on availability. We can discuss your admin needs, explain business letters or documents, help with simple forms, and talk through next steps in clear, practical terms.
Document Organisation
We help you stay organised by scanning and storing your business documents, such as bills, letters, and registrations. This includes support for up to two active accounts. We track key dates, send reminders, and keep digital copies ready for when you need them. If something needs urgent attention, we’ll let you know. Your files are stored securely and can be shared with you on request.
Limited WhatsApp Support (Chat Only)
You can message us on WhatsApp for short updates or quick clarifications about tasks already in progress. This is a chat-only feature and does not include calls or voice notes. It’s available during working hours and limited to 40 messages per month. If your messages go beyond this or raise new issues, we may ask you to submit a task form.
